Scope

These terms govern use of the corporate website. Purchases, supply arrangements, employment and other transactions may have separate agreements. Those agreements govern the relevant transaction, subject to applicable law.

Information and enquiries

Website content provides general information. It is not a binding offer to sell, supply, employ or invest. Sending a form or chat message does not confirm a contract or order. Confirm product details, availability and commercial conditions in the relevant agreement.

Intellectual property

Intellectual property law may protect trademarks, product images, text, graphics and other website materials. Rights remain with LIBRA or the relevant rights holders. Access does not transfer ownership or grant a trademark licence.

You may view and refer to the website for lawful information purposes. Reproduction, adaptation or commercial reuse requires permission unless the law allows otherwise. Retain required attribution and rights notices.

Permitted and prohibited use

Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Provide accurate information based on your knowledge. Use contact channels for relevant enquiries.

You retain your rights in submitted material. Share only material you are entitled to provide. LIBRA may use it to assess and answer your enquiry or application. Submission does not grant unrestricted publication or commercial reuse rights.

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information or trade secrets in general enquiries. Separate confidentiality obligations follow applicable law and the agreed arrangements.

Third-party links and services

Links may lead to websites or services operated by other parties. Their operators control the content and terms. A link does not itself imply endorsement. Read their terms and privacy notices before use.

Disclaimers

Website information may contain errors or become outdated. Access may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, LIBRA gives no warranty of continuous access or suitability for every purpose. Request confirmation before relying on content for a transaction.

These terms do not exclude obligations, warranties or remedies that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Limits of liability

Where permitted by law, LIBRA excludes liability for indirect loss or lost profits from using, or being unable to access, general website information. Non-excludable liability remains, including mandatory protections for personal data and consumers where applicable.

Liability limits apply only where Vietnamese law permits them. They must be interpreted consistently with mandatory legal protections.

Governing law and disputes

Vietnamese law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections. Contact LIBRA to discuss a website dispute. Either party may still use remedies available under applicable law.

Unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent Vietnamese court under applicable procedural law. Contact support@libracorporate.com if the language versions differ. Interpretation remains subject to applicable law.

Changes to these terms

LIBRA may publish revised terms here with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively as permitted by law and do not automatically amend separate agreements. Required notice or acceptance must follow an appropriate process.
