Cookies and localStorage

Cookies hold data that a browser can send with website requests. Local storage holds website data in your browser. Website code can read and transmit it.

Browser storage is separate from the information you submit through forms and chat. See the Privacy Policy for how submitted data is handled.

Local chat history

Chat history saved in your browser may be visible to other people using the same browser profile. Clear stored website data when appropriate, especially on shared devices.

Manage local chat history through your browser’s site data settings. Clearing browser storage does not delete records already sent to LIBRA. Request deletion at support@libracorporate.com.

Language preferences

Use the language selector to switch between English and Vietnamese. Vietnamese content is also available directly at /vi.

If your browser saves a language preference, clearing the website’s stored data removes it. Contact support@libracorporate.com for help with language selection.

Checking stored data

Check your browser settings to see which cookies and website data are stored. Ask support@libracorporate.com about their purpose or any entry you do not recognise.

A network request does not by itself show that a cookie was saved. The Privacy Policy addresses related personal data processing.

Managing and deleting browser data

Open your browser’s privacy or site data settings. Find libracorporate.com and remove its stored data. Choose an option that clears both cookies and site storage. Clearing cookies alone may leave local storage in place.

Clearing data can remove saved chat history and language preferences. Blocking storage may prevent those settings from being retained. Ask support@libracorporate.com about records held by LIBRA.
