Investors

Explore a partnership with LIBRA

Discuss how capital, market access, distribution, product expertise or technology could support a shared project with LIBRA. Introduce the contribution you have in mind and the outcome you want to explore.

Product and distribution development

Product investment can connect consumer demand with manufacturing capabilities. We are interested in proposals that identify a need, explain the product opportunity and show how a project could support repeat purchases.

LIBRA’s domestic distribution and export experience provide a basis for partnership discussions. Proposals should explain how they support product selection, production planning or customer development.

Manufacturing and market expertise

For manufacturing proposals, identify the operating constraint and expected improvement. Explain the equipment, staffing and resources needed, with a practical sequence for assessment.

Market proposals should prioritise growth for LIBRA brands. Explain customer demand, sales channels, costs and the contribution your team can make. OEM may be considered separately.

Agree the partnership structure

Start with the project’s objectives and each party’s contribution. Discuss the appropriate investment or partnership structure, decision rights, responsibilities and commercial terms.

Prepare for an initial discussion

Introduce your organisation, interests and relevant experience. Agree confidentiality arrangements before sharing sensitive information. Separate recorded results from assumptions and future plans.

Discuss strategic fit and the assessment needed to proceed. If interests align, set out the proposed scope, unresolved questions and next steps. Commitments require mutual agreement.
