Finished Goods Warehouse Manager
Manage finished goods storage and dispatch. Maintain accurate stock records, batch traceability and clear warehouse handovers.

- Plan receiving, storage locations and dispatch against approved stock documents.
- Track batch codes and expiry dates. Apply first-expiry-first-out allocation when preparing orders.
- Check hygiene and storage conditions. Separate damaged or held stock in coordination with quality staff.
- Assign warehouse tasks and check picking, loading and handover records with dispatch colleagues.
- Lead stock counts, resolve discrepancies and report slow-moving goods or risks to scheduled dispatches.
What you’ll bring
- Experience coordinating finished goods warehousing; food manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Understanding of batch tracking, expiry management and safe warehouse handling.
- Ability to allocate work and maintain clear handovers between shifts or teams.
- Working skills in inventory software, spreadsheets and stock reconciliation.
- Practical judgement when investigating missing, damaged or incorrectly recorded stock.
